Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 757-397-5432 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

How Can We Help You?

At Brad's Home Center it is our goal to provide quality service to all our customers. Our skilled technician is able to provide repair services on washers, dryers, stacked units, dishwashers, microwaves, hoods, gas ranges, electric ranges and refrigerators. Our installation prices only cover installing to preexisting hook-ups, such as gas lines, outlets, etc. If a preexisting line does not exist, we would have to provide a seperate estimate to run a new line. We provide service to the Tidewater area within a 25 mile radius of our store and service calls are by appointment only.

What do We Charge?

Our technician will come to your home and diagnose your appliance $79.95. If you wish to have an additional appliance diagnosed, there is an additional $49.95 fee.

If you would prefer to bring your appliance to our shop, there is a $49.95 shop fee for diagnosis.

All parts and labor to complete a repair are an additional charge that will be quoted to you after the diagnosis is complete and parts for repair are priced.

Do We Service Warranty Calls?

If you purchased you appliance from us, then absolutely! It is our company policy to service what we sell! All of our new appliances come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty and our reconditioned appliances come with a 6 month warranty. We offer an extended 5 year warranty through NSI for all new appliances as well!
